Title:
Evolution - No notification for web calendars

Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
  New
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

I have subscribed to 3 different iCal (Zimbra) calendars. I have them
checked (enabled) and have told Evolution to display alarm
notifications 15 minutes before an event. The events appear both in
Evolution and under "appointments" when I click on the date/time
applet in Gnome. However, I never receive any notifications.

I don't know if this is relevant or not, but the only mail account I
have configured in Evolution is a "none" account (no IMAP, POP, etc
connection) since I don't use Evolution for email.

Bugs 40005 and 58540 appear to be similar.

  I'm using Edgy, updated daily.
