Title:
Unable to Remove-Delete Junk folder
Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
Invalid
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
How-to delete Junk folder?
First of, Junk folder should be optional function instead being embedded in
Evolution.
That function should be user selectable in Edit->Preferences->Mail
Preferences->Junk->Option 'Enable Junk Folder' with another Option 'Name Your
Junk Folder' so that user can name it anyway they want.
Second, user should have ability to create custom Message Filter
(Rule) that would move filtered emails, based on subject line, to Junk
folder. Right now, Junk folder is not selectable.
Many users use outside source to filter their junk emails, instead
running local copy of the spamassasin. If I receive an email with
subject 'spam' that email, based on my Message Filter Rule, should be
moved to Junk folder.
