Expected behavior:
When dragging photos from F-Spot to a new e-mail in Evolution, those photos
should be attached

What happened instead:
Sometimes photos don't get attached. This happens if the mail window is not
focused correctly. It gets activated correctly when you drag the mouse over its
symbol in the tasks panel, but when dragging the photo over to the mail window
it doesn't react. If you then drop the photo nothing happens.
