Note that the bug is an Ubuntu one since we use language-selector instead of the region panel in Unity

However, the first thing in that “Keyboard Layout” panel is _display language_. Language Support here is redundant, and (/or) the title that has been patched into the Keyboard Layout panel is misleading.
