Instead of having French language available at the end of the successful packages download, the install process is interrupted by the following error message: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/f/firefox/firefox-locale-fr_23.0+build2-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_i386.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.181 80] Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/libreoffice/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/libr/libreoffice/libreoffice-l10n-fr_4.1.1-0ubuntu1~precise1_all.deb 404 Not Found Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/libreoffice/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/libr/libreoffice/libreoffice-help-fr_4.1.1-0ubuntu1~precise1_all.deb 404 Not Found I tried another language (namely Arabic) and got the same problem for the same packages. I don't know where to configure the address to be fetched. I stress that I allowed the "Checking available languages" t proceed at start-up.
