Title:
Handles e-mail addresses with multiple dots improperly
Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
Fix Released
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
I'm visiting Japan, and apparently some people here have addresses to
there cell phones that look like this:
[email protected]
The two consecutive dots confuse Evolution, so it sees it like this:
something-.. <[email protected]>. Hence
using the reply button won't work when the senders address looks like
that, and it will go wrong in all kinds of places.
