Bug description:
  All of the images are missing in the Simple Scan documentation because
  the HELP_MEDIA target is missing from help/Makefile.am.  Patch
  attached.

  To reproduce:
  1. Open Simple Scan
  2. Go to Help > Contents
  Expected result:
  Images shown in help
  Observed result:
  No images shown in help

  Regression potential:
  Very low. Only missing files added.
