Bug description:
HP Pavilion G4-1201tx
Intel i5 processor with integrated graphics and AMD Radeon 6470M discrete GPU.
Installed the latest version of lubuntu (13.10)
On installing fglrx and fglrx-pxpress and rebooting it ends up in a
black screen with blinking cursor. Deleting the xorg.conf and
rebooting boots into the desktop with integrated GPU
