Title:
Mail filters occasionally do not work

Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
  Unknown
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

I am using evolution collect emails from two different IMAP servers. I
have give a number of filter rules which are to be applied to new
incoming mails from both servers. Most of the time these filters work
well, but sometimes the incoming mail just does not get processed.
When this happens it usually happens to most new mails or all of them.
