Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

Ubuntu 10.10 RC - If I add a Google calendar, the add dialog accepts
my user name and password becaues it shows a correct list of calendars
(my main calendar + the holiday calendar from Google). When I select
the holiday calendar, it is shown, but my main calendar is not shown
in Evolution. When I create an entry in Evolution, it shows up in
Evolution but is not sent to Google.
