Title:
Can't set time for all-day-events on google calendars

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

If I want to set a time to an all-day-event, evolution is going on
  strike.

  How to reproduce:
  1. Set up a google calendar
  2. Create an all-day event and save it
  3. Open it, set it not to be an all-day-event
  4. Save

Well, since Maverick came out, there is at least an improvement, i get an
error message:
"Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did
not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply
timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
When I close the message and try to save it again, the same happens as in
lucid: nothing.

  Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick
Evolution 2.30.3-1ubuntu7.1 (but the bug appeared long ago)
