Title:
Should be able to force GnuPG encryption to certain email addresses or
  domains

Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
  Confirmed
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

The gnupg integration in evolution already allows me to configure some
encryption settings like always signing or encrypting outgoing email.
What I'd like to see implemented is an option to always sign/encrypt
outgoing email to specific email addresses or domains, similar to the
  functionality present in enigmail.
