Bug description:
Binary package hint: evolution
Unlike most other progress information dialogs in Ubuntu, Evolution's
message fetching screen is not minimizable, and thus has to be moved
to the corner of a screen if the user wants to go on browsing or doing
some other work while waiting for his email to arrive. This is both
frustrating every time the user encounters that dialog and also
inconsistent with default Ubuntu behavior, like mentioned above, and
should thusly be fixed.
