Title:
nntp: delisted newsgroups cant be unsubscribed

Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:
  Invalid
Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

The folder subscription dialogue does not list all subscribed folders.
Instead it lists the folders that are listed as subscribable by the server.

So if you subscribe to a newsgroup and this group is being delisted on
the server then it will stay in your newsgroup list forever as a
zombie because the subscription dialogue will not list it and therefor
it is impossible uncheck its subscription status. This adds one up to
the count of unfortunate UI bugs in the subscription dialogue.
