Public bug reported:

when installing a new printer with usb to parallel converter only the
first job is prointed out. The next print job stays waiting in the queue
with the message "processing", forever, until the usb cable is
unplugged. When the cable is unplugged, berfore re-pluging it again, the
state changes to "hold". Aftyer replugging the cable and "releasing"
manually the job it prints out again
