Dragging item from trash restores it to its original location

Bug description:
If you have an item in downloads, then send it to trash. Open trash
and drag the item to your desktop. Correct behavior would be to
restore to the desktop. Nautilus restores to the original location it
was trashed (ie downloads folder in this example)
