Title:
gvfsd-mtp crashed with SIGSEGV in ptp_transaction_new()

Status in “gvfs” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Plugged in my Nexus 4 running Ubuntu Touch with mtp-server. Started
Shotwell to import the photos, but it couldn't obtain a lock on the
device as nautilus had mounted the storage. Unmounted the storage in
nautilus and re-attempted in Shotwell and got this error.
