Binary package hint: xdg-utils
xdg-utils should provide an implementation of
http://portland.freedesktop.org/xdg-utils-1.0beta1/xdg-su.html so
desktop-agnostic applications can be invoked as root. An example is
admcccle, which brings its own amdxdg-su version that is incompatible
with sudo (and, hence, it doesn't work).
