Fresh install of saucy. System updated. Bug is still there as expected.
Terminal: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lubuntu-dev/staging Confirmed PPA addition. sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get dist-upgrade The following NEW packages will be installed: libjpeg-progs libjpeg-turbo-progs miscfiles xscreensaver xscreensaver-data The following packages will be upgraded: lxappearance lxsession lxsession-data lxsession-default-apps lxsession-logout Confirm: Yes. Success! Now if you lock the screen > screen locked > press ctrl+alt+f7 > lock will not be circumvented anymore. >From locked screen, you may even goto a tty such as 1-6 (make the login or not, your choice), press ctrl+alt+f7 > lock will not be circumvented anymore either. I have even rebooted to check if the fix/patch remains. Things are working as expected in this case too: lock will not be circumvented anymore either. Bug is fixed by patch.
