** Description changed:

- Installation: standard ubuntu 12.04.3 amd64 desktop (bug also seen at 11.10)
- upgrades from 11.10 via network updater.
+ Installation: standard ubuntu 12.04.3 amd64 desktop german language packs
(bug also seen at 11.10) - upgrades from 11.10 via network updater.
Seen on both selfmade desktop pc and 2 differnt ASUS laptops (one with fresh
and clean 12.04 installation):
Take your mouse to top window bar to move the window. If you move the window
to screen top (auto-maximize function triggers) and move the window back to
normal area (do this quickly) often the mouse is not anchored at the window top
bar but some centimeters above or sometimes within the window.
Maybe also if you simply quickly move the window.
Seen with different windows (Terminal, Firefox and others) on standard,
believe this is gnome unity?
