Not completely finished scanning and then fails

Bug description:
I have a scanner BENQ plane, another time I could not start the
scanner, but then it worked, but this time, the process is that it
starts scanning and stops in the middle of the process and stays
there, producing that error pops ad I restarted the computer and the
scanner several times and the problem persists.
