Bug description:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
On the GDM login screen, when my laptop is connected to the docking
station with an external screen, the laptop screen remains on. Also,
the resolution on the external screen is too low. Fortunately, when I
log in, the laptop screen switches off, and the external output is set
to the correct native resolution of the external screen (after an
annoying sequence of 6 switch on/off of the external output).
