I can confirm this. This is happening since last update of libav in
saucy.

  Totem crashes after selecting "None" subtitle when the movie was
  resumed with subtitles

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  * Play movie with subtitles using the setting that "starts playing from last 
position"
  * Exit totem
  * Open movie, it should resume where you left it with subtitles
  * Select "None" subtitles

  This is actually not always reproducible, please stand by for more
  info.
