Bug description:
Using the mouse wheel to scroll up and down no longer works in
Rhythmbox 2.99.1 on Xubuntu 13.10. I've verified that it still works
on Gnome Ubuntu 13.10; also it was working fine in the version of
Rhythmbox that came with Xubuntu 13.04.
