Fresh install of Ubuntu 13.04 on Encrypted filesystem, booted with Server
install CD and "rescue broken system"
Problem
=======
/etc/resolv.conf
is linked to
../run/resolvconf/resolv.conf
which in turn is missing, preventing dns resolution and apt from
working.
