Firefox needs endless time for starting or sometimes freezes while starting.
This problem occured to me with 13.04 and 13.10 but only on my Wetab (a.k.a Exo-PC, a tablet with netbook hardware) not on any of my other computers. According to users of the wetab-community-forum this problem occured to them too with Ubuntu.
