As someone who is currently building a project on Chromium, I can assure you that this is an incredibly bad idea. Aside from the fact that the API's don't maintain any binary compatibility between releases, Chromium doesn't export any symbols for you to link against anyway (meaning that providing headers is not enough anyway)
