Not sure, I was trying to help triaging it but I'm not sure what
"muhenkan" and how to reproduce/understand the issue described. Setting
in back to "new" in case some other triager has more clues on the topic

Cannot set a single key shortcut to change keyboard layout.
Example in Japanese keyboard:
I can use "shift" + "muhenkan" to cycle through layouts
But I cannot use onlye "muhenkan" to cycle through layouts.
