Scrolling a page up/down by mouse wheel, arrow keys, or pageup/pagedown
keys is very unresponsive. Sometime it seems like it will never respond.
However CPU usage does not raise then. Dragging the slider by mouse
works better (but also that is less responsive than with chromium-
browser). Tested by e.g. launchpad.net pages.
