Bug description:
Since I upgraded Ubuntu to 13.10 (prev 13.04), mouse wheel scroll is not
working anymore for these applications: Nautilus, Gedit, other.
It works for Firefox, LibreOffice, Gimp and others...
Apparently I'm not the only one who has found this (big) bnug...
