Title: No way to configure wallpaper placement Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: In Ubuntu 13.10, there is no way to configure how the wallpaper is placed -- i.e. whether a wallpaper with a different resolution to the screen should be cropped, streched, centered, etc. This option is missing from both System Settings and from the Unity Tweak Tool. I could add the latter to the bug, but really, the option should be in System Settings proper, which I don't know the package of.
