Bug description:
Lubuntu 12.04, LXDE.
Naultilus file manager from official repo, installed using aptitude.
File /usr/share/applications/nautilus-folder-handler.desktop contains
line "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;"
As a result there's no visible entry in the main manu, only a strange
entry "Files" in the context menus.
Fixed manually changing the subj line as
"OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;LXDE;" and the name of menu entry as
"Nautilus".
