Title:
fglrx (not installed): fglrx kernel module failed to build

Status in “fglrx-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In following instructions to update driver for Radeon 3000 on this site
http://www.noobslab.com/2013/04/install-ati-amd-catalyst-drivers-in.html
(because nothing else has worked). The last command sudo dpkg -i fglrx*.deb
resulted in the above error message.
The ubuntu 13.10 saucy installation disk does not work--it goes to initramfs,
and one time it asked for the driver cd, which is why I'm trying to install the
driver.
  Presently ubuntu 12.10 is installed.
