I got the same issue. Switching sound output in settings works. Is this a pulseaudio issue then? or flash? will it be fixed? I do not understand the fix committed?

After booting up the computer, flash videos play normally in the browser. After about 30 minutes, they begin playing faster than normal. Restarting the browser has no effect.
