There are several duplicate bugs in gnome for the problem but I think they will ignore/close all because is their choice too remove that feature(!); eventually I think that the bug to follow is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145244
I use a lot the wheel for switch tab and I want to remark that is active by default in qt (and is a parameter!) In the other distro I use, I have to apply the patch after every update but actually in Ubuntu I hope they will do it. (sorry for my "English") ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #145244 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145244 ** Package changed: gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu) => ubuntu -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gtk+3.0 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/872055 Title: GtkNotbook scrolling tabs throug mouse doesn't work anymore Status in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I don't know why, but scrolling through tabs using the mouse wheel (also on touchpads) doesn't work anymore. Thats pretty annoying, is this feature of gnome one of the most used by me. Where can I, or can it be enabled?
