Bug description:
Ubuntu Version: Dapper Flight2
1.Launch Applications->Internet->Firefox Web Browser；
2.Open a website in Firefox;
3.Select File->Page Setup->Margins & Header/Footer,set Header & Footer
information as default;
4.Print the page. The Header & Footer have not been printed.
