This bug persists in 13.10 saucy, and will likely end up in 14.04 trusty LTS, if not fixed soon.

I think the right monitor is the primary monitor. If I put the remmina window on the right monitor and choose the fullscreen button on the toolbar, the window becomes full screen on the right monitor. (Good.) If I put the remmina window on the left monitor and choose the fullscreen button on the toolbar, the window becomes full screen on the right monitor. (Bad.)
