Error activating XKB configuration

Bug description:
i don't know how this happen. i'm a new user for ubuntu and i don't know what
to about this problem. My Laptop is "Lenovo S103" and i installed "ubuntu
13.04". i have this problem and i can't change Keyboard layout. i want to
change "English" to "Burmese" Layout but it doesn't work now . The error is
below.....

There can be various reasons for that.
If you report this situation as a bug, include the results of
• xprop -root | grep XKB
• gsettings get org.gnome.libgnomekbd.keyboard model
• gsettings get org.gnome.libgnomekbd.keyboard layouts
• gsettings get org.gnome.libgnomekbd.keyboard options

i also try this at Terminal

sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration
sudo dpkg-reconfigure kbd

but that didn't work either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
