uninstalled some apps from ubuntu software center among them a postgresql gui
manager (i forget the exact name)
now i try to do apt-get -f install and it fails.. i cannot do apt-get
upgrade ,apt-get update is fine.
here is the output i get from runnin sudo apt-get -f install
