I don't think that bug line is misformatted, as it is recognised by 
parsechangelog / lp highlighting etc.
Bugs are closed upon migration from -proposed to -release pocket.
So far -0ubuntu4 hasn't migrated to release pocket due to autopackagetest 
failures, which i am not able to figure out how to fix / where the problem is.
