Bug description:
A bug that apparently has been solved long ago still exists today:
See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=497071
The bug can easily be replicated by using the following commands
sudo duplicity --no-encryption <directory to backup> file:///<backuplocation>
...
remove a file or dir from <directory to backup>
try to restore with:
sudo duplicity --file-to-restore=<deleted file>
file:///<backuplocation>/<deleted file>
duplicity now askes for a passphrase where it shouldn't
duplicity 0.6.18 / Ubuntu 12.04 lts
