My computer (Lenovo x120e w/ 12.04) shows either a blank screen for
the login or the shell prompt (instead of the login gui). This started
on 4 July 2012 and I think it's related to the xserver-xorg-core:amd64
(1.11.4-0ubuntu10.2, 1.11.4-0ubuntu10.3) update.
