Bug description:
Experiencing periodic screen flickering / blacking out

This happens sometimes every 30 seconds or so, sometimes every 3-5
seconds making work impossible. Happens primarily when working with
drawing, browsing etc, no discernible pattern.
Problem has existed for at least a couple of months, sometimes more
pervasive than others.
Using 64 bit Ubuntu 12.10 with Lenovo X200, Intel GM45 Chipset.
