I've got an HP2229h screen which is physically capable of 1680x1050
pixel resolution.
My graphics card is:
01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RS690 [Radeon X1200
Series]
With the radeonhd driver, it seems to only be able to output 1352x768 to
VGA, whereas with DVI I get the full resolution.
With the radeon driver, I can get the full resolution in VGA as well,
but this one does not seem to be accelerated (displaying a page with
some animated gifs make's Xorg's CPU usage jump to almost 50%)
