[RV380] Garbage playing Videos with UMS, Textured Video Fullscreen

Bug description:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
After having slowdowns and Video playback problems with KMS, I
switched to UMS via radeon.modeset=0.
Problem as follows: Video Playback works only in Fullscreen, but not
when windowed. I only get Sound and a black Window there. So I
switched Video output to "X11/XShm/Xv" via gstreamer-proberties with
radeon textured video.
The result was satisfying with windowed Totem, in Fullscreen I get
what you can see on the attatched Screenshot.
