ati OSS driver has problem with rendering move of window
Status in “xserver-xorg-video-ati” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Hi, I installed ati OSS driver and realised that it has problem with
rendering of moving windows (I have KDE4.8 and enabled wobly windows), the
mouse cursor is always much faster than the real move of the window. It is
really annoying, I use HD6310 with C-50 APU, but it does also on graphic card
ATI x1200.
I'll provide debug info if you tell me which one is important.
