Title:
  Dual monitor not working on Toshiba Satillite L655 if USB keyboard is
  connected

Status in “xserver-xorg-input-evdev” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This works:
   - Connect VGA, disconnect USB keyboard
   - gdm comes up, with both monitors mirroring each other
   - Log in using Laptop keyboard
   - Xorg Session starts up with Dual Monitor
   

  This doesnt work:
   - Connect VGA, connect USB keyboard
   - gdm comes up, with both monitors mirroring each other
   - Log in
   - Xorg Session freezes with gdm background tiled

  Did not happen in 11.10
