You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When opening some Apps (ex. Firefox) you can move the mouse, but neither a 
left- nor a right-click can be done. So you totally have to navigate and click 
with Tab/space/enter...
Selecting Icons on the Desktop is no problem, but I cannot open one with a 
double-click.
I got this problem with nearly every ubuntu application.
In this case, the Task- & status-bars on top/bottom don't react and don't 
disappear and if they disappeared once, i cannot get them back. Just after 
closing the running App...

When starting up Ubuntu the mouse seems doing a right-click where the
mouse is at that moment. After that no right-click is possible.

Trying to update Ubuntu, the Update-manager is aborting process, because
"Malware could run on my instance" (free translation).
