Title:
keyboard layout fall back to english very often

Status in “xserver-xorg-input-evdev” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  From Xorg.log:
XINPUT: Adding extended input device "UVC Camera (046d:081b)" (type: KEYBOARD)
Logitech USB Receiver: Configuring as keyboard

Very often after reboot and login but also if I am just working,
keyboard layout turns to english layout automaticly. I am not sure
why. Everything in my language settings is set to german. If I type

"setxkbmap -model pc105 -layout de -variant basic"

to a console everything works fine again but it may turn itself back
  soon.

  What shall I do?
