Sir,

I discovered it was a hardware issue. I was using a wireless mouse, and
was plugging the receiver into the back of the computer (a desktop). When
I plugged the receiver into a USB port on the front of the computer, the
problem went away. It's possible that the signal was being obstructed by
the computer itself when the mouse receiver was plugged into the back.

Should I cancel the bug notification, or include a comment on what I
found?

Thank you for your support.
